Trekking Grade
Nepal is a mountainous nation and it would be more appropriate to imagine it in terms of hours dedicated to the trek compared to the kilometers that separate them, therefore we apply it by classification grades. A day hike for a few hours involves a series of ups and downs.

Easy: These types of treks are normally done in lower mountainous regions with an elevation below 3500m. The trails on this hike are occasionally vertical. In general, the walking time is 3-5 hours every day.

Moderate: This type of trek generally takes place in low altitude areas crossing passes below 4500m elevation. Normally you walk between 4 to 6 hours each day.

Difficult: This type of trekking route goes through wild and adventurous trails, sometimes crossing through snow-covered high passes between 4500 m to 5500 m. In general, the walk lasts between 7 to 8 hours every day.

Challenging: In general, these types of routes require long distance routes in which the walks can last up to 9 hours per day. Each trail crosses at least one pass above 5,500m. since it frequently contains barely explored regions.
